We believe this is a valuable service at a time as many large organisations seem to avoid giving their customer services departments contact number out and prefer instead to steer users toward lengthy, time-consuming written communication or live chat services.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the number providing service you received from Customer Enquiries Service Ltd and would like to request a refund, please read the instructions below.

1. Ensure you have all of the relevant information to raise a refund request

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • The 09 number you dialled
  • A copy of your phonebill
  • Your bank details for your refund payment


2. Raise a refund request

Submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
